1. Delivery Areas

  • We currently deliver within a 3-mile radius of our location.

  • Delivery outside this area may be available for large catering orders please contact us to confirm.

2. Delivery Hours

  • Sunday-Thursday: 11:00 AM – 09:00 PM

  • Friday-Saturday: 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM

  • Orders placed outside delivery hours will be prepared and delivered during the next available window.

3. Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery time is 30–45 minutes, depending on traffic, weather, and order size.

  • Real-time updates are provided once an order is out for delivery.

4. Delivery Fees

  • A small delivery fee may apply and will be shown at checkout before payment.

  • Applicable taxes are calculated based on the delivery address.

5. Pickup Orders

  • Customers may choose Pickup at checkout to collect their order at our store.

  • A confirmation email or text will be sent when the order is ready.

  • For curbside service, call upon arrival and a team member will bring the food to your car.

6. Order Accuracy

Please check your order at the time of delivery or pickup. Report any missing or incorrect items within 24 hours so we can resolve the issue promptly.

7. Delays & Unforeseen Events

While we aim to meet estimated delivery times, delays can occur due to weather, traffic, or high order volume. We appreciate your understanding.
